FAQ's

Cannot access the welcome screen for the assessment

•	Verify your internet connection is working
•	Make sure you are accessing the correct assessment. The following three links can be used: (NOTE: they do not contain WWW)
	• http://workplace.personalityspectrum.com/
	• http://careers.personalityspectrum.com/
	• http://youth.personalityspectrum.com/
•	Clear your temporary internet files (see below for instructions)*

Can get to the Welcome screen but cannot access the assessment

•	Ensure Flash is installed on your computer. If it is not, our program will prompt you to install it. Make sure to follow the directions to install it.
•	Ensure you have a high speed connection to the internet. If you are using a dialup connection, the assessment may take 5 minutes or more to load
•	Clear your temporary internet files (see below for instructions)*

I get the following error message when I try to log in to the assessment: “Sorry the login information, as entered is incorrect. Please check you login information and try again ”

•	Check with your administrator to make sure your access codes are correct
•	Make sure the code is typed in correctly
•	Make sure you are accessing the correct assessment. The following three links can be used: (NOTE: they do not contain WWW)

	• http://careers.personalityspectrum.com/
	• http://youth.personalityspectrum.com/
•	Ensure that a firewall is not blocking access to our site
•	Clear your temporary internet files (see below for instructions)*

When I log in the assessment goes directly to the results screen.

•	The assessment has already been completed with this username and password.

*Clearing temporary internet files:

1.	Open Internet Explorer on your computer
2.	Click on tools at the top of the screen and select Internet Options from the drop down menu
3.	A smaller screen will open - Click on the General Tab at the top of that screen
4.	Click on the delete files button
5.	Click OK
