Admin Console Features

The Admin Console is used to generate User Codes which are required to access Personality Spectrum’s True Colors® Online Assessments. This system also allows you to organize and manage these codes, and to view the results of the completed assessments. To see how it works Take the Tour.

Included with the Assessments
The Admin Console is included free of charge when you purchase our Online Assessments.

Assign assessments in groups
When you create User Codes, they must be assigned to a group. This makes it easy to track results by group or workshop.

Track when each participant completes their assessment
This allows you to easily check to see if all participants have competed their assessment before attending the workshop.

Recover unused User Codes
If you assign a code to a participant but they do not complete the assessment, the code can be recovered and reassigned at a later time.

View scores for each participant
On a single screen you can see the assessment scores of all participants within a group.

Print reports for completed assessments
Detailed reports and Summary reports are available to be printed.
