When first introduced to True Colors® online, I wondered how it would ever catch on. Like many True Colors® certified facilitators, it was my opinion that participants could not possibly “grab” the meaning of True Colors ® without our guidance in a face-to-face discussion.
While I still ensure that there is full understanding, mainly in face-to-face discussion, I am a huge fan of True Colors® online and use it extensively. Recently, I delivered a session where I did not use the online version, and it confirmed for me some of the reasons why I Love True Colors® online:
